1\. World Architecture Overview

Humanity's world consists of three distinct geographic spaces connected through specific transition mechanisms.

The Fairy Realm is the protagonist's origin. Vril-rich atmosphere supports full elven ability. The realm is dimensional space outside the human world's geographic frame. Visited in Prologue, Ch 1, and Ch 70-77.

The Human World is Earth, geographically real. Vril-depleted atmosphere requires the protagonist to operate at constrained capability throughout the 75 chapters spent in the human world. Geographically organized as Indonesia into South Asia into Africa into Middle East into Europe into Atlantic crossing into Americas into Arctic into Australia into Antarctica into continental revisits.

The Mythological Realms are dimensional spaces independent of geographic location, accessed through specific transition mechanisms. Atlantis, Pohjola, the Apsu, and the Duat (Ch 66-69). These are threshold spaces between the human world and the fairy realm — the decompression chamber between two fundamentally different vril densities. The four realms span the documented cross-cultural submerged-continent and threshold-realm tradition register: Atlantic basin via Atlantis (Plato classical substrate), cold-Arctic via Pohjola (Finnish Kalevala Pohjola substrate), Pacific basin via the Apsu (Babylonian Tiamat Enuma Elish substrate carrying Pacific submerged-continent canonical reference per CVD §3 Component 1), and World Tree axis-root via the Duat (Egyptian Ma'at and 42 Negative Confessions substrate). Indian Ocean basin and Mesopotamian-cradle submerged-tradition coverage routes through Meru and Dilmun documented cultural-memory traditions per CVD §3 Component 1 (Meru as Vedic axis-mountain tradition, Dilmun as Sumerian-Babylonian primordial-paradise tradition at Bahrain coordinate frame per Ch 19 Persia/Arabia entry).

Atlantis-as-origin civilization is encountered as Ch 66 threshold realm. Ch 38 Azores midpoint carries mid-Atlantic ridge geological adjacency to pre-deluvian Atlantis-region per game thesis canon (origin Atlantis/Azores pre-deluvian; end-of-Ice-Age sea-level rise approximately 11,000 to 13,000 BP, roughly 120 meters of sea-level rise as continental ice sheets melted, dispersal of surviving populations globally). Ch 64 Underwater Sites carries documented submerged-civilization archaeological corpus (Doggerland, Pavlopetri, Heracleion, Yonaguni, Dwarka, Sundaland, Beringia) and folkloric submerged-city traditions (Ys, Kitezh, Lyonesse, Hy-Brasil) as Thread 4 Flood Memory cumulative payoff chapter — distinct from Ch 66 Atlantis threshold realm encounter.

Total chapter count: 77 chapters plus Prologue plus Epilogue, organized as:

Coverage architecture — three widening mechanisms inside the locked seventy-seven. The chapter count is fixed canon (seventy-seven plus Prologue plus Epilogue). Cultural and geographic coverage widens inside that count through three mechanisms rather than new chapters, per the 2026-07-08 coverage re-architecture:

Traversal discipline for the mechanisms. Every SPREAD rides a route the outbound arc already walks; the Ch 5 Angkor and Ch 21 Korea legs are there-and-back in-chapter excursions off the straight onward line and are authored as excursions with a clear return to the anchor. The Ch 59-65 revisit band is the arc's flex capacity, travelling by Vimana with controlled time travel, so never-visited rescoped ground (Japan, Rapa Nui) runs on the controlled-time-travel first-visit mechanic (the Ch 47 Mexico pre-Columbian-through-modern precedent) rather than the five-world-state revisit mechanic. Per-culture cultural substrate (RCM sections, personas) and any new Thread-1 vril-parallel terms author at build time; new naming terms remain pending Josh confirmation per the coverage-flag naming set.

2\. Fairy Realm Geography

Visited in: Prologue, Ch 1, Ch 70-77.

Realm character: The fairy realm is a dimensional space, not a geographic location on Earth. It is the protagonist's origin world. Vril flows freely in the atmosphere; conscious beings absorb it passively. Every ability the protagonist possesses (elemental manipulation, astral projection, animal communication, healing, cloaking) flows naturally from this atmospheric abundance.

Cosmology: Six genders and the neutral spirit exist in harmony. Every elven birth celebrated by the entire realm. The realm is not hidden from the universe; it is visible to it as a beacon of positive vibrational energy growing stronger across hundreds of thousands of years of civilization development.

Status at game start (Prologue): Full vril ceiling. Civilization advanced beyond crime through genuine elevation. The Elven King's ten-thousand-year reign produced no recorded crime, not because forbidden but because the population had been elevated past the need.

Status at Ch 70 return: Changed. Vril decline visible in the atmosphere. The Elven King's grief reads in the realm's current state. Antagonist family influence has penetrated. The realm enters Realm War (Ch 71-73) before resolution.

Status post-Ch 77: Three different states based on path. Truly Good, fairy realm restoration possible. Good Enough, partial restoration. Evil, compromised conditions persist.

Fairy realm structural element — the World Tree: The fairy realm's dimensional architecture connects to the human world through the World Tree's root system, accessed via the Duat (Ch 69). Yggdrasil, Kabbalistic Sephirot, Vedic Ashvattha, Mesoamerican ceiba — all human-world references to this same dimensional structure preserved at the Duat Real substrate references investigative-depth per CVD §17.7 substrate-tier preservation discipline.

Rifts: Spontaneous quantum events. Neither side creates them intentionally. Open when dimensional pressure between opposing vibrational states reaches a threshold. The protagonist as child fell through one in Ch 1\. The Vimana (acquired Ch 55\) and the Duat (Ch 69\) provide controlled dimensional traversal alternatives.

Cesium coordinates: Not applicable. Dimensional space, not Earth geography.

Biome: Custom. Vril-luminous environment, full atmospheric vril visualization. PCG biome to be designed during Project 5 UE5 fairy realm work.

Vimana enables free travel between all locations visited. Five world state versions per location active for previously visited ground.

Revisit-band rescope (2026-07-08 coverage re-architecture). The revisit band is the arc's flex capacity: several nodes are re-tasked from re-walking seen ground to reaching ground the outbound arc skipped, with the world-state reflection function preserved as the framing layer. For never-visited rescoped ground (Ch 60 Japan; Ch 63 Rapa Nui and the distinct Polynesian nodes), the node runs on the controlled-time-travel first-visit mechanic — the Ch 47 Mexico pre-Columbian-through-modern precedent — rather than the five-world-state revisit mechanic, which continues to govern the previously visited ground each node still reflects on.

8\. Final Act Part 1 — The Realm Road: Mythological Otherworlds (Ch 66-74; geography entries Ch 66-69 below, Ch 70-74 pending)

Threshold spaces. Each is a distinct dimensional space with its own visual language and mechanical challenge. Dreamlike, architecturally impossible. Decompression chamber between human world and fairy realm vril densities. Per CVD v1.4 §17.7 and §19.8, these are the first four of the nine-realm Realm Road (Ch 66-74) — the lived road of real mythological otherworlds crossed on the way to the fairy realm. The four carry canonical names Atlantis (Ch 66), Pohjola / Sariola (Ch 67), the Apsu (Ch 68), and the Duat (Ch 69); the §19.8 re-architecture retired the authorial coinages Pohljar, Tiamarath, and Maatherion in favor of the real tradition-names their substrate already carried. Each canonical name preserves documented substrate-tradition lineage at the Real substrate references field per-chapter — Atlantis carries Plato classical-textual primary corpus, Pohjola carries the Finnish Kalevala Pohjola substrate, the Apsu carries the Babylonian Tiamat Enuma Elish substrate, and the Duat carries the Egyptian Ma'at and 42 Negative Confessions substrate. Substrate-tier preservation discipline: Frame A Layer 2 cross-cultural traditions remain available at investigative-depth in the Real substrate references field as documented comparative reference even where the canonical realm name draws on its own documented tradition. The remaining five Realm Road nodes — Ch 70 Hades and Elysium, Ch 71 Xibalba, Ch 72 Naraka and Meru, Ch 73 Annwn, and Ch 74 Yggdrasil the World-Tree Crossing — are live per CVD §19.8 but do not yet carry WGM geography entries (a named follow-up); their canon is held at the spine (docs/spine/CH_70 through CH_74) and the Chapter_Index, and §9 below carries the Ch 75-77 fairy-realm return.

Ch 66 — Atlantis (The First Threshold)

Ch 67 — Pohjola / Sariola (Vril Archive and Mathematical Navigation)

Ch 68 — the Apsu (Ecological Listening)

Ch 69 — the Duat (The Final Negotiation)

9\. Final Act Part 2 — Fairy Realm Return (Ch 75-77)

Fairy realm return is reckoning, not homecoming. Full vril power in atmosphere that supports it — first time player experiences what prologue Elven King felt.

Stale-topology note (director sweep aligning to CVD §19.8). The per-chapter entries below predate the §19.8 Realm Road re-architecture and were written under the old Ch 70-77 fairy-realm-return topology. Under live canon the fairy-realm return is Ch 75-77 — Ch 75 The Realm at War, Ch 76 The Two Courts (the Cassius Velheim confrontation in Phase 1 and the Father encounter in Phase 2), and Ch 77 The Waterfall — while Ch 70-74 are the Realm Road otherworlds (Hades and Elysium, Xibalba, Naraka and Meru, Annwn, and Yggdrasil the World-Tree Crossing) carried in §8. The entries below are re-keyed to their live homes with per-entry notes, and their bodies are preserved as authored so displaced content is never silently relabeled. Full re-authoring of §9 to the live three-node structure, and WGM geography entries for the Ch 70-74 Realm Road, are named follow-ups; the live chapter identities are held at docs/spine/CH_70 through CH_77 and the Chapter_Index.

Ch 75-77 — Fairy Realm Return: the reckoning (overview)

Displacement note — this content is the old "Ch 70 The Changed Fairy Realm" overview (the realm changed in the child's absence, the Father present, Cassius present, three endings emergent). Under CVD §19.8 the reckoning is the Ch 75-77 fairy return, not Ch 70; the live Ch 70 is Hades and Elysium, a Realm Road node carried in §8. Migration into the per-chapter Ch 75-77 entries below is a named follow-up.

Ch 75 — The Realm at War

Displacement note — content matches the live Ch 75 identity (phases of combat against corrupted consciousness in the vril-rich realm). Under CVD §19.8 the Realm War is the single Ch 75 node, not Ch 71-73; the live Ch 71-73 are the Realm Road nodes Xibalba, Naraka and Meru, and Annwn (see §8).

Ch 76 — The Two Courts (Phase 1: the Cassius Velheim confrontation)

Displacement note — content matches the live Ch 76 identity; the Cassius Velheim confrontation is Phase 1 of the Two Courts per CVD §19.8, and Ch 74 carries no Cassius confrontation.

Ch 76 — The Two Courts (Phase 2: the Father encounter)

Displacement note — this content is the old "Ch 75 Father Encounter". Under CVD §19.8 the Father encounter is Ch 76 Phase 2 of the Two Courts (past the Cassius confrontation), not Ch 75 (the live Ch 75 is The Realm at War above). Merge into the Ch 76 entry is a named follow-up.

Ch 77 — The Waterfall (the reveal and three endings)

Displacement note — content matches; the single canonical reveal is the Ch 77 Waterfall, staged across the Ch 76-77 climax per CVD §17.9. The old "Ch 76-77" range resolves to the Ch 77 node.

Epilogue — Three Distinct Conclusions

10\. The Three Major Geographic Transformations

Three chapters where the game's geographic relationship fundamentally changes.

Ch 38 Azores (Internal Transformation): Vril stabilized. Time fluctuations mastered. Astral projection range dramatically extended. Geographic relationship to time changes — protagonist controls time fluctuations rather than enduring them. Mid-Atlantic ridge geological adjacency to pre-deluvian Atlantis-region per game thesis canon (origin Atlantis/Azores pre-deluvian; end-of-Ice-Age sea-level rise approximately 11,000 to 13,000 BP, roughly 120 meters of sea-level rise dispersing surviving populations globally).

Ch 55 Atacama (Physical Transformation): Vimana activated at 33.33°S. Geographic scope shifts from sequential to simultaneous. Protagonist no longer constrained to walking or sailing — every previously visited location becomes accessible.

Ch 58 Antarctica (Narrative Transformation): Legendary familiar reunion (truly good path only). Vimana underground facility revealed. Path home revealed. Overview effect. Modern world arc's purpose complete.

11\. Travel Methods by Arc

12\. Cesium and Biome Coordinate Conventions

For UE5 build (Project 5).

Cesium configuration: Each chapter requires specific lat/long coordinates for terrain. Coordinates above flagged \[POPULATE\] need verification against canonical region pages as those are built. Many chapters list approximate or representative coordinates pending region page completion.

Biome PCG types per Region Page Section 17: Tropical forest, jungle canopy, desert (multiple variants — Sahara, Atacama, Arabian), highland savanna, temperate forest, arctic tundra, ice field / glacier, urban modern (varies per region), Mediterranean, steppe grassland, mountain pass / cliff, river valley, cave system, volcanic rock, coastal cliff, fjord, salt flat, custom dimensional (fairy realm, mythological realms).

Agility course terrain per T1\_Combat\_System\_Spec: jungle canopy (Ch 6-7, 11, 50), desert dune / slot canyon (Ch 15, 32, 45), mountain pass / cliff climb (Ch 24, 26, 30, 34), urban parkour (Ch 39+), ice field / glacier (Ch 56, 58, 66, 67), underwater navigation (Ch 8, 13, 50, 59), sacred architecture climbing (Ch 5 Borobudur, Ch 15 pyramids, Ch 48 Tikal), ruin traversal (Ch 17, 22, 46, 48), volcanic rock (Ch 2 Flores, Ch 19 Persia, Ch 47 Mexico), arctic tundra survival (Ch 29, 56), cave system (Ch 2, Ch 31 Altamira, Ch 68), cathedral ascent (Ch 27), jungle river (Ch 11, 42, 50), savanna traversal (Ch 9-13), coastal cliff (Ch 30, 34, 35, 59).

13\. Coordinate Population Status

\[POPULATE\] tags indicate coordinates pending verification against region page builds.

Status: All coordinates currently approximate or representative. Region page builds (Projects 3A-3F) will populate verified Cesium-ready coordinates. This doc gets updated as each region page completes.

Update protocol: When a region page completes Section 17 (UE5 Build Notes — Cesium coordinates), update the corresponding entry in this doc to remove \[POPULATE\] tag and reflect verified coordinates.

Priority for verification (chapters with locked canonical facts get verified coordinates first):

14\. Canonical Zones Substrate

14.1 Authority Scope

This section establishes per-region canonical\_zones canonical authority. Zones are spatially-bounded gameplay-substrate units within a region. Each zone carries gameplay function classification, ambient threat level, vril density, climactic affordance, and canonical anchor foreign-key references. The canonical\_zones substrate is the upstream authority for T0\_Region\_Index canonical\_zones object array column expansion per Pipeline Contracts §7.6 minimum-viable adds, for §1.2 UE5 PCG procedural placement against Pillar 11 mode variety check at chapter scope, and for Quest Writing §6 spatial\_requirements\_array resolution at quest beat scope.

Per-chapter geographic-feature prose in Sections 3 through 9 carries the substrate that zone enumeration extracts from. Where existing prose names a discrete geographic feature with implicit gameplay affordance — Ch 13 Drakensberg highland montane, Ch 38 triple-plate junction vril convergence, Ch 42 Bois Caïman site canonical anchor — the zone authoring lifts that feature into a canonical zone with structured substrate per the schema below. Per-chapter prose remains the canonical narrative anchor; canonical\_zones extends it with the structured substrate the build pipelines consume.

14.2 Zone Structure

Each canonical zone carries the following substrate per Pipeline Contracts §7.3 Section 1 schema:

Zone identity is canonical at this T1 level. Zone runtime population — UE5 spawn density, Niagara VFX overlay, music cue routing, ElevenLabs voice routing — derives at consumer pipeline build time from these canonical fields plus per-pipeline parameters at T0 column scope.

14.3 Gameplay Function Classification

Five canonical gameplay function values per Pillar 11 mode variety vocabulary per CVD §5 Pillar 11 (1.12):

Multi-function zones carry layered values. A sacred site that doubles as a Velheim Inner Council operational presence carries combat\_zone plus character\_zone. A vril archive that requires inscription decoding carries puzzle\_zone plus learning\_zone.

14.4 Ambient Threat Level

Five canonical ambient\_threat\_level values:

Ambient threat level interacts with world state per T1\_Integrity\_Paths\_Worldstates\_Master §8.6 recharge source responsiveness — lethal zones may modulate to high or mid on Truly Good path through recharge availability and faction standing supports; the canonical baseline holds at this level.

14.5 Vril Density Substrate

Five canonical vril\_density values per Vril Sight tier visibility threshold per CVD §5 Pillar 6 plus T1\_Vril\_and\_Magic\_System\_Master §10.6:

Vril density couples to T0\_Vril\_Site\_Registry canonical anchor proximity at runtime for fauna behavior modulation per §1.12 PCG operational integration and for recharge source responsiveness per T1\_Integrity\_Paths\_Worldstates\_Master §8.6.

14.6 Climactic Affordance Tags

Five canonical climactic\_affordance\_tags values per Pipeline Contracts §1.2 PCG climactic location heuristics:

Tags compose. A mountain peak with a Component 11 anchor below carries vista plus sacred plus climactic\_geometry. A coastal storm site with a sacred-tradition continuous site carries weather\_dramatic plus sacred.

14.7 Canonical Anchor References

The canonical\_anchors field carries foreign-key references to other T0 registries that anchor canonical content in the zone:

Additional foreign-key reference categories spawn at Phase 6 region page build feedback as substrate types beyond vril sites and settlements surface as canonically-anchored zone content. Examples staging at Phase 6 include T0\_Inscription\_Spine inscription\_id references for zones containing canonical inscription-spine fragments and T0\_Antagonist\_Network\_Registry operative\_id references for zones containing canonical Velheim Inner Council operational presence.

14.8 Per-Region Authoring Cadence

Per-region canonical\_zones content authors at Phase 6 region page build per Pipeline Contracts §7.3 Section 1 cadence. The Region Builder agent reads this section as canonical authority at Section 1 authoring time, populates per-region canonical\_zones object array column on T0\_Region\_Index per §7.6 minimum-viable adds, and surfaces zone-level substrate at region page Section 1 plus Section 4 plus Section 7 prose body for human-in-loop region build authoring at the per-region region page lock pass per §7.7 state machine.

This T1 doc owns the framework and the exemplar pattern at §14.9 below. Per-region canonical\_zones content lives at T8 region page Section 1 with structured substrate scattering to T0\_Region\_Index canonical\_zones object array. Per-region canonical\_zones changes route through T8 region page edit cadence per Pipeline Contracts §7.7; framework changes at this section route through CVD §19 drift-handling protocol per the constitutional-authority discipline.

Seventy-six region rows currently populate T0\_Region\_Index: the sixty-seven-row migration baseline, plus the four Josh-approved coverage re-architecture first-class region-page elevations — Japan, Korea, Angkor and the Khmer Empire, and Rapa Nui — applied 2026-07-08 (see §15.3), plus the five Realm-Road realm rows — Hades and Elysium, Xibalba, Naraka and Meru, Annwn, and the Nine Worlds of Yggdrasil (Ch 70-74) — applied 2026-07-12. These structural sub-counts are now derivable directly from T0\_Region\_Index by a GROUP BY on its node\_kind structural-taxonomy column, whose six values partition the seventy-six rows: base, mythic\_realm, atlantic\_waypoint, revisit, story\_anchor, and bookend. The soft region-page target moved with the elevations from sixty-nine to seventy-one; rows and pages are different denominators (a page can bundle a multi-chapter grouping, and Ch 5 splits across sibling pages), so the region-PAGE count for the realm rows settles at the Phase-6 region-page build, not here. Three exemplar regions populate at this lock per §14.9 to anchor canonical pattern. The remaining region targets populate at Phase 6 region page authoring. The migration baseline's two-page expansion to sixty-nine remained a T8 region-page grouping refinement authored during the Phase-6 region-page build, not migrated-and-lost data and not a canonical region gap: all seventy-nine narrative nodes were already covered by the sixty-seven baseline rows through the canonical multi-chapter groupings, including the fairy-realm grouping across Prologue, Ch 1, Ch 70-77, and Epilogue, and the Atacama grouping Ch 53-55. The four first-class elevations lifted the live count to seventy-one and the 2026-07-12 Realm-Road add lifted it to seventy-six rows; the region-page count reconciles as the remaining groupings are authored at the Phase-6 region-page build. The clearest candidate split among those remaining groupings is Ch 3 Manggarai Village as a page distinct from Ch 2 Liang Bua per the Chapter_Index per-chapter region descriptors; the second split is a build-time grouping choice among the multi-chapter regions and is authored at the region-page build rather than pre-assigned here.

Coverage re-architecture soft-count update (2026-07-08, applied). The coverage re-architecture lands its SPREAD and LENGTHEN and RESCOPE additions predominantly as secondary-site enrichment inside existing region pages: Great Zimbabwe (Ch 13), the Haudenosaunee (Ch 44), the Great Plains (Ch 45), the distinct non-Rapa-Nui Polynesian nodes (Ch 63), the Lesser Sundas (Ch 4), and the Sahel and Baltic reach-scopes (Ch 59, Ch 61) all author as richly-detailed secondary sites within their host region pages. Josh approved four first-class region-page elevations, applied 2026-07-08: Japan (Ch 60; homes the Katana and the Trade 3 and Trade 6 modern homes), Korea (Ch 21 ancient face and the Ch 60 modern beat), Angkor and the Khmer Empire with Champa (Ch 5), and Rapa Nui (Ch 63). These lift the populated T0\_Region\_Index count from the sixty-seven-row baseline to seventy-one and move the soft region-page target from sixty-nine to seventy-one. The soft count remains a build-time region-page grouping refinement for the un-elevated multi-chapter regions, not a canonical region gap; the exact page count settles at the Phase-6 region-page build, and each first-class-page elevation refreshes the fidelity baseline in the same commit per Phase-0 discipline.

14.9 Exemplar Per-Region Canonical Zones

Exemplars anchor canonical pattern for the Region Builder agent. Three regions populate here: Ch 13 South Africa (cultural-care baseline), Ch 38 Azores (transformation chapter exemplar with threshold tag), Ch 42 Haiti (elevated-care exemplar with anchor-tier vril density). Per-region zone enumeration is non-exhaustive at the exemplar scope; full per-region zone catalog populates at Phase 6 region page Section 1 authoring.

14.9.1 Ch 13 South Africa Exemplar Zones

14.9.2 Ch 38 Azores Exemplar Zones

14.9.3 Ch 42 Haiti Exemplar Zones

The exemplar pattern locks zone substrate at the level of detail Region Builder agent populates at Phase 6\. Per-zone area\_bounds polygon vertex specification populates at Phase 6 region page Section 1 authoring with Cesium tile resolution; this T1 doc carries center-plus-implicit-radius framing for the canonical pattern at the exemplar level.

15\. Drift-Resolution Log

15.1 Ch 22 Steppe Anchor Reconciliation — RESOLVED at v2.1

Phase 5 routing manifest REFINE proposal for Ch 22 (coordinates block, era block, type block, geographic-features block, key-content block including Scythian-hemp-ceremony anthropological-record, Burkhan-Khaldun sacred-mountain anchor, Orkhon-Valley anchor, Berkutchi-tradition, Eliade-shamanism anchor, Uyghur-script-addition) — substantively absorbed into v2.1 prior to Session B Pre-Chunk-5A Cleanup Pass audit. Specific verification at v2.2 Session B audit:

Resolution: Ch 22 anchor reconciliation drift item closes RESOLVED at v2.1 with no v2.2 patch required. Phase 5 routing manifest REFINE proposals are substantively absorbed; the carry-forward from CVD v1.4 lock §19.6 audit accounting closes at Session B Pre-Chunk-5A Cleanup Pass. No further action required at Session C.

15.2 §14.6 Ch 67 Hyperborea-Thule Residual Reference — RESOLVED at v2.3

Single residual reference to old game-canon place name Hyperborea-Thule identified in §14.6 Climactic Affordance Tags climactic\_geometry bullet at Pre-Chunk-5A Cleanup Pass Session C Wave 2c catch-up audit. Inconsistent with v2.2 canonical Pohljar lock for Ch 67 established at Ch 67 entry headings, Ch 67 substrate citations, §8 Final Act Part 1 framework introduction, and §15.1 broader CVD v1.4 §19.6 reframe-history acknowledgment.

The residual was scoped to a single climactic\_affordance\_tags vocabulary example bullet within §14.6 substrate-vocabulary documentation, where the pre-rename reference survived v2.2 propagation pass. Surgical restoration to canonical state — game-canon place name Hyperborea-Thule patched to canonical Pohljar.

Hyperborea-tradition substrate citations at Ch 67 entry Real substrate references field retained intact per CVD §17.7 substrate-tier preservation discipline. Substrate citation pattern (real-world Greek classical literary tradition documented in Pindar Olympian Ode 10 plus Herodotus Histories Book 4 plus Diodorus Siculus Bibliotheca Historica as Frame A Layer 2 cross-cultural reference) is distinct from game-canon place-name use. Hyperborea retired only from game-canon place-name use (Pohljar canonical), retained as documented real-world classical literary substrate citation.

Resolution: §14.6 climactic\_geometry bullet text patched. v2.2 → v2.3 increment. Drive title bumped. No further action required.

15.3 Coverage Re-architecture Apply — SPREAD / LENGTHEN / RESCOPE (2026-07-08)

Josh-approved coverage re-architecture (docs/proposals/EXPANDED_COVERAGE_MAP.md and docs/proposals/COVERAGE_REARCHITECTURE.md) applied in place. Three mechanisms widen cultural and geographic coverage inside the locked seventy-seven without adding chapters: SPREAD (ancient outbound chapters absorb en-route regions as secondary waypoints under the untouched anchor), LENGTHEN (modern chapters gain depth and an adjacent living culture), RESCOPE (Vimana revisit nodes re-tasked from re-walking seen ground to reaching skipped ground). See Section 1 for the mechanism overview and the per-chapter Coverage-vehicle bullets for the specifics.

Structural changes landed:

Scope discipline: this apply is the structural map only. Per-culture RCM cultural substrate and personas accrue at build time. The five new Thread-1 vril-parallel terms (kami, mana, mu or muism, orenda, wakȟáŋ) are Josh-confirmed naming canon as of 2026-07-08, catalogued in T1_Threads_22_Master_References Thread 1 with primary-source citations; the T0_Chapter_Index CH_21/CH_44/CH_45/CH_60/CH_63 cultural-depiction cells are updated from pending to confirmed to match. Any further per-culture Thread-1 term outside this confirmed five (for example a Shona term at Ch 13) stays author-at-build-time pending Josh confirmation. The mirror to T0_Region_Index (applied, seventy-one rows), the RCM per-culture sections and cross-links, and the T0_Chapter_Index scatter are the follow-on steps per COVERAGE_REARCHITECTURE §5.

Flags resolved by Josh (2026-07-08): the five Thread-1 vril-parallel naming terms (confirmed, catalogued in T1_Threads_22_Master_References Thread 1); the four first-class region-page elevations — Japan, Korea, Angkor and the Khmer Empire, and Rapa Nui (approved and applied, T0_Region_Index at seventy-one rows). Flags still carried to Josh (canon-level): the Trade 3 Blacksmithing and Trade 6 Tailoring modern-home fills at Ch 60 Japan (contingent on the rescope, filling a placeholder not moving an assigned home); the weapon-home interaction for Nunchuks and Shuriken (Ch 21 Chinese-cognate anchor versus a Ch 60 Japan/Okinawa facet); any region-page elevation choices beyond the four applied.

Resolution: content increment applied in place (coverage re-architecture); title version bump handled at the consolidation commit. Fidelity-gate and baseline refresh handled by the lead in a single follow-on pass.
